1. Product and quantity

Share the style, specifications, size and color breakdown, branding, packaging and destination. Confirm current availability for finished products and the minimum quantity for each requested OEM or wholesale order.

2. Price and payment

Confirm the quoted currency, included costs, payment method, payment schedule and any deposit in the quotation or other written order documents before payment.

3. Production and delivery

Confirm the production schedule, dispatch estimate, destination, shipping responsibility and agreed trade term for each order. Transit and customs timing may depend on carriers and authorities.

4. Quality and claims

Agree the product specification or approved sample, inspection scope, acceptance criteria and process for reporting any issue in writing before production. Any applicable remedy or return terms should be stated in the order documents.
