YXLP · Buyer brief
Multipack Wholesale Men's Underwear
A multipack is a packing specification: how many garments, which colors, whether each pack is one size, and how the pack is marked. YXLP can quote that when you write it. Reviewed photos show color groups and sample waistband lettering. They are not pack recipes and not a stock list. The solid-color page is where you choose the bodies. This page is where you say what goes in the bag or the box. The everyday cotton multipack range is a development starting point, not a stocked pack.
Who this brief is for
Wholesalers
You need a pack your buyer can count. Piece quantities and pack quantities have to be different lines.
Retailers
A header card, a barcode and a color mix are part of the product. A flat lay of three bodies is not that card.
Subscription services
Say whether each shipment is one size. A mixed photo does not decide the size split.
Decisions to make before you compare quotes
Choose the bodies on the solid-color page. Use this page for the pack those bodies go into.
| Decision | What to record |
|---|---|
| Pieces | How many garments in one pack. A photo does not set that number |
| Colors | One color per pack, or a named mix. The photographed group is not the mix |
| Sizes | One size per pack, or a named size mix |
| Marking | Size mark, barcode and card, using your artwork |
| Color behavior | Shade and transfer checks when light and dark garments share a pack |
Sampling path
Step 1
Separate the photo from the pack
Grey, white and black together are a visual set. Five solid colors with a sample wordmark are a visual set. Navy, orange and white are a visual set. None of those frames is a retail recipe. Write the combination you want.
Step 2
Count pieces and packs separately
A quotation can confuse garments with packs if both numbers sit on one line. State garment quantities by color and size, then state how those garments are assembled. The size-curve guide shows the split.
Step 3
Match the cut inside the pack
Do not put a no-leg brief and a short-leg boxer brief in one pack unless you mean to. The white, black and red set is a brief. The short black body is a legged style. Say which cut is in the pack.
Catalog references for this brief
These links go to reviewed product pages. Confirm specifications, availability, minimums and pricing for your order. A photograph is not a quotation.
Grey, white and black boxer briefs
Three bodies for multipack planning. Not a pack count. Band text is a sample.
Five solid colors with a sample wordmark
A color row, not a retail recipe. The lettering is not your logo.
Navy, orange and white boxer briefs
Three colors. The ratio in the old title is unconfirmed.
Grey, black and light grey short bodies
Three bodies are not one pack. The light body needs an opacity check.
White, black and red briefs
A color set of briefs, no leg. Still not a pack. The old title says trunk.

Questions buyers ask
Is a photo of several colors a multipack?
No. Write how many garments are in the pack, which colors, and whether each pack is one size. The group in the photo is a reference until you copy it on purpose.
Can mixed colors share one pack?
Only if you say so. Ask whether those colors can share one fabric and one measurement chart, and agree a color-transfer check when light and dark garments are packed together.
Does wholesale mean the pack is already made?
No. Ask which finished bodies can be confirmed, and which packs need production. A listing is not a stock count. Changing the artwork or the pattern moves that line to private label or OEM. No price is stated here.
