Choose the silhouette first: boxer briefs, short-leg trunks, briefs or loose boxer shorts. Then define your target wearer, size range, leg length, rise and pouch construction. A reference garment can communicate the fit you want; a technical pack should record measurements and tolerances so the approved sample can be reproduced.
Tell us the desired fabric composition, weight, stretch and hand feel. Cotton blends, modal and other materials require different sourcing and production decisions. Specify the waistband width, branding method, seam finish, fly or pouch design and label placement. We confirm material availability and construction feasibility against the actual order before quoting.
Use the sample to check fit, comfort, stitching, waistband recovery and appearance after washing. Record requested changes and agree on the final measurements, colors and packaging. Bulk production should follow the approved sample and written specifications, rather than an unconfirmed product photograph.
For US, UK, European, Canadian or Australian orders, include your destination, required size labeling, packing format and delivery terms in the brief. If a retailer or importer needs specific testing or documentation, identify that requirement before sampling.
