Everyday Cotton Multipack Underwear Range for Men

A core range of cotton-elastane boxer briefs, trunks and briefs designed to be sold in multipacks. The three items below are starting specifications for an everyday or value line: one fabric family, one waistband family and a pack format that works across the styles. Adjust any line in your brief; final specifications are agreed through sampling.

Development starting points, not stocked products. Availability, minimums and cost are confirmed in the quotation. Updated October 4, 2026.

Who this range suits

  • Retail and wholesale buyers building a multipack line.
  • Online sellers who bundle three-packs and need consistent sizing across styles.
  • Brands that want one fabric and one waistband family across their core silhouettes.
Starting specification, not stock. Schematic flat sketch, not a photograph.

Cotton boxer brief, multipack

The lead item of an everyday range: a close-fitting mid-leg boxer brief in cotton jersey with elastane.

Based on the boxer briefs specification page.

Cotton boxer brief, multipack: starting specification for development
Fabric directionCombed or carded cotton single jersey with elastane. Composition starting point: about 92–95% cotton and 5–8% elastane.
Weight starting pointRoughly 160–190 g/m² as a starting point. Match the weight of your reference garment.
WaistbandCovered elastic with a brand label, or exposed woven or jacquard elastic with a logo.
Cut and constructionMid-leg and mid-rise, with the leg length set from your reference garment. A cover-stitched leg-opening hem, flat or low-profile side seams and a pouch built to your reference.
SizesS to XXL as a starting grade set. Supply your own size chart; grading is set from your base size and confirmed on the sample.
Colour and printSolid core colours first. Stripes or prints need a strike-off approval before bulk.
BrandingPrinted waistband logo, woven label or a tagless printed label.
Pack formatThree-piece polybag with a header card or sticker. A barcode for the pack and for each colour and size.
Agree before bulkShrinkage on a washed and measured sample, elastic recovery, and colourfastness to washing and rubbing.
Starting specification, not stock. Schematic flat sketch, not a photograph.

Cotton trunk, multipack

A shorter-leg companion to the boxer brief that shares its fabric and waistband, so colours and dye lots are planned together.

Based on the trunks specification page.

Cotton trunk, multipack: starting specification for development
Fabric directionThe same cotton-elastane jersey as the boxer brief, so shrinkage and colour are managed as one family.
Weight starting pointSame as the boxer brief. A lighter jersey makes a softer trunk but needs an opacity check in light colours.
WaistbandIdentical to the boxer brief so a mixed pack looks like one range.
Cut and constructionShort leg with the inseam set from your reference. Decide between a plain front and a fly or overlap.
SizesSame grade set as the boxer brief. Thigh and leg opening do not scale with waist in a straight line, so check them in the smallest and largest sizes.
Colour and printSolid core colours with an optional contrast waistband colour. A stripe is a separate fabric approval.
BrandingSame method as the boxer brief.
Pack formatThree-piece polybag. Decide whether a pack mixes colours and say how many pieces of each.
Agree before bulkLeg opening recovery after washing, edge rolling at the leg, and shrinkage on the measured sample.
Starting specification, not stock. Schematic flat sketch, not a photograph.

Classic cotton brief, multipack

A mid-rise brief in the same fabric for buyers who sell briefs alongside boxer briefs and trunks.

Based on the briefs specification page.

Classic cotton brief, multipack: starting specification for development
Fabric directionCotton-elastane jersey matching the rest of the range, with a stretch lining or double-layer front if you want support.
Weight starting pointSame family as the boxer brief. Double-layer panels add weight, so confirm the pouch and gusset construction.
WaistbandCovered or exposed elastic. Keep the width and logo method the same as the other items.
Cut and constructionMid-rise with leg openings finished by elastic or a turned hem, and a gusset built to your reference.
SizesSame grade set as the other items. Check the side width rather than an inseam.
Colour and printSolid core colours. Prints need a placement approval.
BrandingPrinted waistband logo, woven label or tagless printed label.
Pack formatThree-piece polybag with a header card or sticker, with a barcode per variant and pack.
Agree before bulkShrinkage on a washed sample, leg-opening elastic comfort, waistband recovery, and a gusset check.

Every line is a starting point to adjust in your brief. Weights and compositions are common ranges to match against your own reference garment, and sizes follow the chart you supply.

Developing this range

  1. Choose one fabric and one waistband family for all three items so colours and sizes can be planned together.
  2. Send a reference garment for each silhouette, or confirm the starting specification above.
  3. Approve a lab dip for each core colour and a strike-off for any stripe or print.
  4. Wash and re-measure a sample of each style before approving how the bulk fabric behaves.
  5. Decide the pack format and barcodes before requesting a quotation, because the pack changes the carton size.

  • Destination market and labelling rules.

Common buying questions

Are these items in stock?

No. They are starting specifications for development, not stocked products. Availability, minimums and cost for the selection in your brief are confirmed in the quotation.

Can the three styles share one fabric?

That is usually the simplest way to plan a multipack range, because colours, shrinkage and dye lots are managed together. Say so in the brief and confirm it with a washed sample.

Can a multipack mix colours?

Mixed-colour packs are a normal pack format. State the colour assortment per pack in the brief and we confirm what is workable.
